Puma promotion - terms & conditions re ownership & use

I have read about the Puma Promotion and before I agree and opt-in I am wondering:

(1) is there any list of terms & conditions or an agreement which I can first look at?

(2) if not then I have one specific question: --> Is there any circumstance whereby Puma would assume to have temporary (a) ownership (b) sole or exclusive use of any track?

Hi,

The Puma promotion with indiestore allows artists to be considered for the free download promotion for Puma's new fragrance. By opting-in you are making your music availiable to be selected by Puma. If Puma decide to select your track as part of their campaign, we will contact you about any terms and conditions that need to be signed before making your track availible for free download.
