Just wondering what I may have done wrong?

We have been getting sales of our single on our account but it is not showing upon PayPal that we have sold any units.

Does anyone know what might be going wrong here?

Hi Louise,

Your payments will show up in your PayPal account once you have reached the minimum threshold. If you are a starter account this amount is £35, and if you are a Pro it is £25.  If you have not reached the minimum, we will simply carry your balance over to the following month. We account monthly on indiestore.
