We are a collective of producers who have got together to release our own tracks, BUT ......... a major flaw with this site means any actual "indie" labels cant use it !!!!!

Have  i missed something here? can  join as a label and a band?  i dont think  u can meaning...... if someone downloads our mp3, the title of the artist will be the label!   Theres a drop down box  when adding a track but you cant change it !! your stuck with artist name being your log in name,  utterly useless!!

Can anyone help? please :)

Small indie labels can use indiestore to create digital music stores for their artists. For an indiestore to be a label store, the limitation is having the track name include the artist name as you mentioned. You can change the indiestore name from the My Account section in your Manager.

We do have plans to make indiestore easier for labels to create a digital music store.
