I've tried to upload our first song several times and you say it's "ready". The problem is that when I set availability of the track and go check it in my indiestore,  our track is only noise. I've tried both wav and mp3 files and it's the same.

Can you please explain us what's going on? We want to set up a releasing date and start promoting but we're delaying it because of this problem. We would therefore appreciate if you could answer  us as soon as possible. We've sent you too emails since yesterday and  had no response.

I posted a new blog about the same issue but it seams not be appearing anywhere....

Anyway, again, we sent you also two emails and had no answer. The last to tracks are only noise. The other time Someone answered me and asked me to send it directly to a certain email. Will I have to do the same?

Today was supposed to be the release date but we had to change that since the songs are not really available, only noise. It's a shame that we promote a releasing date with our fans and then these things happen and there's no one to help.

Can you help me Andrew? Please.
